 Chaei Hsin was found back in 1988, started as a processing vendor using TPU and specializing in high frequency, vacuum forming and making oil bags. By 1995, with more learning and developing, we have managed to start mass production on inflated bags.
Besides filmed bags, we have also begun to expand into other areas for more comprehensive product assortment. That is when we introduced our PU GEL cushioning pads in 1996. In 1998, we were able to start producing our own TPU films. The initial production measurement was 27 inch in width with available thickness from 0.1mm ~ 2.0mm.
2 years later, with more experience and the mind to be one of the leading company in the industry, we have built our own in house pellitizer that enables us to gain control over the quality and cost of raw material. More excitingly, our own laboratory is set up for quality inspection with facilities of universal testing machine, aging tester, melting point tester, specific gravity tester, hydrolysis resistance tester, discoloration tester and abrasion tester. Also, the R &D department is established for TPU component innovations. On the other hand, Production width also got improved to 54 inch and capacity grew to 130 tons per moth.
By 2001, Chaei Hsin has finally become one of the leading players in the field. Our product selection expanded rapidly with the adhesion and lamination facility build up. Offering various treatments adopting latest technology available on the market including lenticular finish, pearlized finish, filling mesh, laser chromo-flare, mirror finished and TPU synthetic. The capacity increased to 200 tons per month with 3 mass production lines came into play.
Nowadays, Chaei Hsin has 5 mass production lines, 2 sets of adhesion and lamination facility, and a sampling production line. The production capability is up to 350 tons per month now. Our products are used in a variety of applications including shoes, medical products and outdoor gears.
